Cruise Lines Sign Contracts with Glacier Bay National Parks

Announcement on signing with Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve for Alaska Itineraries have been signed by these cruise Lines. Royal Caribbean International failed to sign and willing not be sailing this itinerary until 2029. Only 2 cruises per day are allowed into this area. So make sure if you want this most beautiful area it states it. If you are booked on Royal Caribbean for Glacier Bay in 2020 check, because you will not be going there itinerary has been altered. The cruise lines that managed to finalize their Glacier Bay agreements include Cunard, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn and Viking Cruises.

Nelson and I have been Alaska cruise specialist since 2008. Glacier Bay is a most see option on any cruise to this marvelous place that is only available for season May – end of September. From the pristine clear waters to the calving of the Glaciers themselves, this national park is so worth it.

Families of all ages will enjoy learning about this area. No it is not freezing cold. but to plan for Alaska you need to do so at least a year in advance, we work with all the cruise lines but the 2 that offer the best options and various excursion for everyone is Princess and Holland America.

Seabourn and Curnard are more luxury liners and geared to the more mature clients. Norwegian is also a great cruise line, but in our opinion they are the best in Hawaiian Cruising. There entertainment is wonderful, but it doesn’t match the destination. Again, we know clients love their cruise lines and will help in anyway we can to bring you the best experiences possible.
